The Fetler & Firkin, Chilworth Street, Paddington, W2

On behalf of bloc Kilmartin, Kay & Co undertook the sale of this Paddington landmark which had potential for conversion into self-contained residential apartments.

 

 

 

The Barley Mow, Dorset Street, Marylebone, W1

On behalf of bloc Kilmartin, Kay & Co undertook the sale of Marylebone's oldest pub which had potential for conversion of the upper parts into three self-contained residential apartments.

 

 

 

16 Mansfield Street, Marylebone, W1

The sale of an unmodernised grade II* listed Robert Adam house situated just behind Portland Place. Formerly offices, the property was comprehensively refurbished by our client to create a single residence extending to just over 14,000 square feet and subsequently resold for a price in excess of £17,000,000.

The acquisition of an office building on behalf of a developer client that was then comprehensively refurbished to create four self-contained apartments. Kay & Co subsequently undertook the sale and marketing of the development which set new records for the area.
